Vulcanizing machine is a kind of vulcanizing machine for various rubber and plastic systems. The inner tube vulcanizing machine has the functions of timing mold locking, automatic pressure supplement, automatic temperature control, automatic timing, time alarm, etc. The vulcanizer is divided into three types: electric heating, steam heating and heat transfer oil heating.
Whether the steam trap operates normally or not, to a great extent, affects the performance and efficiency of steam using equipment, including vulcanizer. At the same time, it also affects the service life of these equipment, and sometimes brings unexpected malignant accidents, which cause huge losses to enterprises. Therefore, it is very important to select a good drain valve, which should be selected from the performance bidding of the following drain valves:
(1) discharge capacity and supercooling degree of saturated water
The steam gives off heat and becomes saturated water. If the drain valve can discharge the saturated water, and the fresh steam can be added to the vulcanizer in time to keep the equipment at a higher temperature all the time, the production efficiency and product quality can be improved. Free floating ball type, lever floating ball type and floating bucket type drain valves can drain saturated water with supercooling degree of 0-2 ℃.
Supercooling refers to the difference between the temperature at which the steam trap can continuously discharge hot condensate and the saturation temperature at the corresponding pressure. The drain valve discharging saturated water can drain at point C, and the drain valve that can't discharge saturated water can only drain at point e. the temperature difference between point C and point E is called subcooling degree.
Disc type, bimetal plate type, bellows type and other drain valves are not suitable for curing machine due to their high supercooling and unable to discharge saturated water.
(2) the back pressure rate of the drain valve is also an important index affecting the operation of the drain valve. With high back pressure rate, it can still work normally under high back pressure when recovering condensate.
(3) the drain valve has a check function, which can prevent the backflow of condensate from adversely affecting the vulcanizer, causing failure and affecting the service life when the single vulcanizer stops working.
(4) select the drain valve that can be used for superheated steam.
(5) drain valve with continuous drainage, large drainage volume and long service life. Choosing a steam trap can save a lot of energy and capital. Of course, it may have a larger one-time investment, but it is cost-effective in the long run. It can not only ensure product quality, but also greatly improve work efficiency.
