According to the different mold structure and product production process, the inner tube mold can be divided into four common molds: pressing mold, die-casting mold, injection mold and extrusion mold, as well as some special rubber molds for producing special rubber products, such as inflatable mold, dip mold, etc.

1. Pressing mold

Also known as common die. The mixed semi-finished rubber material which has been processed into a certain shape and weighed is directly put into the mold, and then sent to the flat vulcanizer for pressurization and heating. The rubber material is vulcanized under the action of pressure and heating.

Features: simple mold structure, strong versatility, wide range of use, easy to operate, so it occupies a large proportion in rubber molding products.

2. Die casting mold

Also known as transfer mold or extrusion mold. It is to put the mixed, simple and limited rubber or semi-finished rubber block into the die-casting die cavity, extrude the rubber material through the pressure of the die-casting plug, and make the rubber material enter the die cavity through the pouring system for vulcanization and finalization.

Features: it is more complex than common die, and it is suitable for making thin-walled, thin and flexible products that can not be pressed or just pressed by common die, and rubber products with complex shape and difficult to feed. The products produced by this kind of mould have good compactness and superior quality.

3. Injection mold

The pre heated rubber material is injected into the mold through the pouring system of the injection mold to be fixed and vulcanized.

Features: complex structure, suitable for large, thick wall, thin wall, complex shape products. High production efficiency, stable quality and automatic production.

4. Extrusion mold

The rubber profile semi-finished products with various cross-section shapes are made by the molding die of the head, so as to achieve the purpose of preliminary molding. After cooling and finalizing, the semi-finished products are transported to the vulcanizing tank for vulcanization or used as the preformed semi-finished rubber materials required by the die pressing method.

Features: high production efficiency, stable quality and automatic production.
